Boris Poleschuk realized his culinary ambitions at a young
age, but put pursuing them on hold. After spending several
years on Wall Street, he finally enrolled in French Culinary Institute, graduating in summer 1998. He is a classically-
trained chef with a worldly palate and has worked with some
of the finest chefs, and in some of the best hotels and restaurants. Currently, he is a private chef and caterer to a
select clientele in the New York and  New Jersey area. 

 Always being prepared for the unexpected is what makes
Boris stand out in this season of "Hell's Kitchen". His Brooklyn toughness, discipline and confidence shine through as he goes toe-to-toe with Gordon Ramsey in Season 8 of "Hell's
